KQ TP K kicker vs turn and river possible flush

Well, the turn raise is mostly for value and as some draws get there you can fold.

Any info on the villain in this hand would help, but read less I understand the call on the min raise. You get decent odds to call, but tough to think of hands you beat that would play like that.

If you were IP you could consider a call against a raise x2 on the turn, because it will be more difficult for the villain to follow his aggression, and the times he plays check you can reach the SD.
Still, a raise turn and/or river 90% of the time is doubles+.

Is this an easy fold on turn?

Is this turn a bet? I'm stuck in these spots tbh. I'm thinking his bluff range would include some pairs + draw and some combo draws.

As played, is there a call in river, if brick?

5, 8, T, K, A, and any diamond is the range I am looking to dodge. I don't know if my range is right but it seems like a lot if he hasn't already made a hand.

@jiffybag, I can't see why I wouldn't cbet that turn. Ok, it is a card that opens many draws, but draws nonetheless. I need to extract from most of Q that could be there. I need to protect from the said draws...As much as I dislike play OOP, I think the Cbet is good here.
It is NL2, I doubt the villain would be thinking "Ok, I have air, but if the river is any of 5, 8, T, K, A, I will bet 80% to pot". I don't give them that much credit, to justify not placing a Cbet with TP in this turn.

Turn, I think K♦T♦/ J♦T♦/ T♦9♦/ 9♦8♦/8♦7♦ have space for a raise from villain. Other than that, yes I think it'll mostly be sets. Can't see much of 2 pairs in the range.
If River was a non :diamond:K, I don't know how I'd play, probably a cry call.

Yes its difficult to play this OOP. I think I am checking turn to much in these spots OOP, trying to control the pot size, but I need more work in these spots.

Knowing that he is a villain who tends to float and is going to bet a lot on the turn, I don't dislike x/c turn; We hardly have to protect, we are only bothered by an A and we are blocking his strong draws.

But I think that without data we are losing value of some worse and tamer TPs like 98, 9T that can continue to pay.
