Hello,

No info on villain. Not sure if I should have raised here at some point postflop. I almost did semi-bluff shove OTT because he went from betting 2.5/3 OTF to 1/3 OTT which made him look uncertain about the strength of his hand with this turn card, but I figured that by calling I have the option to hit the nut-flush + I thought that my opp would check the river if he did not have a K so I could bluff him.

If I would play for stacks I would do it on the flop. Than you have still 2 changes to hit the flush and you have the most fold equity as well.

If you would shove the turn villain is prized in to call.

With that said, would you say check-raising all-in OTF is better vs unknown in this spot vs the way I played it?

The SB sizing on the turn is likely not a lack of confidence, but rather he wants a size small enough for you to call the turn and then for you to have an easy call on the river if the FD misses (people love to snap call river jams when the FD misses). Check jamming the flop is probably the best option, but I highly doubt you have much fold equity.

On the turn you have 9 clean outs, so 18% equity at minimum, your A might be good if it hits as well. So the turn call is fine since you have both immediate pot odds and reasonably good implied odds.

The check jam the flop seems the better line, but it is fine as played.
