When you click the yellow "download" button what happens?
Do you get any error messages?
Does it start downloading then quit?
Whatever happens try to describe it in detail — screenshots help.
I don't own a mac any more, so I cannot try it myself.

If so, what did they say?
Can you download it using a different machine, then move it over to the one you want to play on?
