Hello,

Preflop: Depends on my image on table, if I have been stealing a lot and has he been 3betting me a lot. If he is kinda aggressive blind defender then I would likely Call it preflop, otherwise if he is kinda passive defender then I would likely fold because we will be very often dominated by his range.
Postflop: Seems to be fine, I might consider folding on flop if I were against a postflop aggressor, because it's a 3bet pot, you will have to invest much money to find out if your hand is strong enough or not.

Looks like he is a nit, against a nit I am folding preflop. postflop is fine.
