However, can this be escalated to iPoker? I'd like to know why the Day 2 structure was changed and what they are going to do to make this right.

ie. I would not have literally sat out the last 30 minutes of my Day 1 had I known my BB outlook for Day 2 would change from 60BBs to 15BBs!

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the dates of the tournaments and so on. There's pretty much nothing I can do, but custserv might
I'd also suggest that you complain bitterly to iPoker.

I spoke with Betfair support yesterday and they have forwarded it to iPoker.

I will patiently await their reply and hope that they

1. Recognise it
2. Offer some sensible resolution

I'm reticent to outlay any further funds until this is resolved one way or the other.

I could in theory play more Day 1s to get a better stack but I'd like this rectified beforehand.

Contacted Betfair again, nearly 60 hours and no update from iPoker....

Looks like I won't be getting this resolved before Day 2 starts this evening.

5 days without a response other than "we are still awaiting an update" is pathetic.

Anywho, I'll sit out the Day 2 just in case they are hoping I'll do them a favour!

A whole 7 days now... no update. LOL.
