Some thoughts:
 Is KQo a standard call vs a UTG open? Against a min-open I could call with this.
 I'm not sure I like leading the flop, since you're not the open-raiser. If you really want to show strength, check/raise. This way, you're happy with a check behind.
 OTT, you have nothing but a draw to the 3rd nut flush, and UTG has told you that they're not going away.
 OTR, you call with only top pair, and 2nd best kicker. Can't fold I guess, but still...

Multi way I wouldn't mind the call against a min raise, but than you need to hit to continue.
On this flop I would check/fold most of the time on a reasonable Cbet. I don't think leading will work that well with 2 over cards and backdoor flush draw against 2 villains. Don't forget the UTG raiser has a lot of pairs in his/her range and those hands will never fold. Only ace high would most likely fold if it's not a draw.

Turn is tricky, but with the Q♦: it's tough to fold against a min raise. Off course you are sometimes drawing dead and hit the 2nd best hand on the river and will be tough to get value if you hit the
