So I get this honeymoon mission: "In a Holdem showdown situation, win the main pot with a full house and a full house only"

So I contact support to see if it is an error or somehow I didn't qualify and they replied 12 minutes after my mission expired asking for a screenshot (which as far as I am aware is impossible after the mission expires) and basically they have ignored me once I explained this.
Fair enough if I don't qualify for the mission but it would be nice if they replied that this was the case. I had a really good experience thus far at gg up until this point.
