k9 hearts any K9, 97 heart maybe set 2's. thats kinda all from what I can think, if its a tight player from what you say, fold you can find better spots.

there are a few possible hands that could beat you:

Straights: The river bet could be a value bet from a villain who has made a straight with K9 or 98.
