I don't remember everyone's stacks, but what do you think about the opening and later push?
5 players, I'm the short stack and we just entered the money
Hero: 7 BB (UTG+1)
BU: 10 BB
Pre-Flop: Hero A♣ 3♥
Hero raises to 3 BB, BU calls
Flop: Q♦ Q♣ 3♥ (2 players)
Hero pushes 4 BB, BU calls with Q♥️ 10♠️
You have only 7bb, but than it's tough to push 8bb on the flop 
That makes it more likely that you had 11bb and the BTN has more, but in general I would shove with a <11bb stack with A3o.
This hand has bad playabillity post-flop and you are to short to raise and fold to a shove. If I would raise a min raise is big enough.

I just don't feel good pushing so I don't have to care about the post flop, but I guess it's true, the pot is so big and my stack so small that I would have to call pretty much anything.

The size of the other stacks does matter..But its an easy shove pre...you are not on UTG, but still..Shove pre, mate, this is a steal pre...Why you want to see the flop? With such a stupid hand...you are on the CO actually , "UTG+1"...Shove pre...
