Hello fellow poker warriors,

i am looking for simple GTO hand opening tables for diferent positions on 6-max NLH. Thanks a lot.

PS: I am asking for a friend. I am definitely not someone who got his platinum status from playing high-limit 2-7 Triple draw.

PS2: I know it can be found on web with a little bit of effort, i am just too busy with real life job :(

I wish I could get platinum status playing high stakes 2-7 triple draw
Sadly I'm not tracked on PokerStars

Although they were published just prior to the onset of solvers, These ranges are rather close:
https://www.pokerstrategy.com/strategy/bss/no-limit-6-max-preflop-ranges/
They go with the "gameplan" series of articles
See: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/strategy/bss/game-plan-introduction/

Best of luck :gl:,

Where you will use those ranges? Do you use HUD? What is the limit, the rake and the rakeback...Do you have knowledge about the field tendencies? What is your experience with NL 6 max? Which size you prefer for every single position?
Those ranges from internet is very easy way to broke your head, mate...Too wide ranges...To play like that you need many things..And GTO is dead end..You can't learn to play poker like that, you can't make money like that. GTO is only a tool...You use this "tool" to become better, but you are not using this at the tables...I mean this GTO is for advanced players, to find leaks or windows for exploit, nothing more than that. Also this is a "tool" for many coaches. For taking your money and give you nothing .."GTO knowledge"...

I agree — mostly — GTO opening ranges are merely a starting point, maybe even a good starting point, but these days "poker" begins on the flop.

Cheers,

Evcery hand from every position have expected profit. If it is not the nuts (AA), this profit will be very, very (VERY) small. In a long run. The beginners they don't know that. They don't want to believe in that. One time I miss clicked and open fold with TT from UTG. In front of a beginner. And he said "Omg, what you just did, THE TENS!". How much money I lost? Less than a blind... This "expected profit" depends on the info from the HUD, our knowledge for the field tendencies, the rake (also the RB obv), our experience as well, our observations for the players at the table, notes ant etc...Everything...The size for open raise as well...As I said...Those ranges from internet are made very often with some tools, but we are not bots and we can't play like bots. This means less value, mistakes with hands with less playability ...Other ranges are used from advanced players, with HUD, with experience ant etc...Low rake...And they recommend that. For everyone. I know, because I know coaches, I know beginners and those beginners pay some 1k-2k (nothing, cents) only for some stupid "GTO" ranges. And then suffer...And I ask some beginner "Why the fck you did that with this hand", and he "the coach said this is the best play". And I " But your coach is playing at NL2k and you play NL2, it's a small difference"..."And also you are not him"..
I will give you an example at the end. Everyone will open raise with AJo from UTG. Nice hand, strong one...But if you don't know anything about the field, the players behind you and if the rake is high, then this will be -EV. The info is all...The ranges for the beginners must be pretty narrow. Nothing similar to those in internet. Also it's very stupid to give thousands of dollars for this unusable sh1t...
