I would call and fold to river shove on blank. I'm not a fan of semibluff on turn and shoving because his double barrel with 50%+ sizings on mono board looks really strong. Though its nl2 so who knows, but I wouldnt count on villain folding AK without heart.
I would most likely raise the flop with the intention to go broke with top pair top kicker and nut flush draw.

What can I say? Wrong timing for a semi bluff. In fact, the turn cbet sizing is so enormous that this is probably fold > call.
