I would 3bet this hand preflop vs CO.

As played, I'm gonna call this down. Your kicker counts and the FD missed. If you are beat then I guess the villain had 99.

Agreed on 3-bet preflop.

I was beat but he didn't have 99.

Overall is this line -EV?
I am not sure if I am results oriented or if a 3 street call down line is just bad overall Vs randoms. Like sure we keep all bluffs in etc. But villain must be able to bluff and not just bet for value, or atleast bet with weaker hands for value.

Against the regs, I think this line loses money. Against the population, I think it's +EV but not by that much simply because they aren't going to barrel off with air all that frequently.
