yea looks fine, checking behind on flop is a valid option aswell imo (to get more value for your hand).

i prefer to push it preflop - but this line looks very good in position.

I play it the same way. Preflop I thought about a push. However, your hand flops pretty well and you probably don't have a lot of FE against his stack.
After betting the flop you are committed although his line looks pretty strong. With his stack he could still have some worse hands or a bluff.
