10PLO R&C SB vs BB facing river bet

The title is a little bit missleading. I changed it little bit from 10NL to PLO10.
I would most likely called the pot size bet on the river. Tou only lose to top set and KTxx. Not sure a KTxx kind of hand would 3bet and you have a nice bluff catcher I think.

I would have raised the flop (unless it is a nit with like 3% 3bet, then it is clear he has AAxx but theorywise he should have lots more than top-set and also bluff cbet almost anything, additionally the flushdraw is helpful as we would not be crushed gii against AAxx), being ~140bb deep makes it more marginal though.

The river decision is difficult. We block the wheel and be ahead of some hands that he could value-own himself like top2-pair+blocker but unblock semi-bluffing flushdraws and the more likely KTxx which has lots of combos possible. He could be value-betting his top-set too after turn went check-check. Overall if I have the feeling he is aggressively pushing me around too much I would just close my eyes and call, ofc we´d prefer to have a or blocker but GTO-wise we need more bluffcatchers I would guess so we would not be making a big mistake no matter what his range look like, just playing not optimum if he is too value-heavy indeed. Be aware reads are important, there are abc-regulars who are too straightforward where I´d have no problems letting my hand go otr.

I like the thinking that this is a decent bluffcatcher. Especially if we're facing an aggresive regular where we have the feeling we're being pushed around.

I think it's very marginal but we're supposed to call here. If we're not bluff catching 2nd set on this board i'm not sure what we actually are bluff catching with.

Blockers often play a role when bluffcatching rivers.

Queens with blocker-sidevalue (calling candidates):

Q♣:Q♦:6♣:5♥: decently unblocking (semi-bluffing) draws, the partially block lower ranked wheel-straight combos
K♣:K♦:Q♠:Q♥: unblocking flushdraws and also double-blocking the nutstraight
A♥:Q♥:Q♣:T♠: combination of unblocking diamonds, blocking top-set and the nutstraight

Queens with reverse blockers (folding candidates):

Q♠:Q♦:6♦:4♦: triple diamonds blocking flushdraws
Q♠:Q♦:8♣:7♣: only 1 blocker (marginal), middle-high ranked unblocking straight-hitting combos

You have to differentiate, Queens do not equal Queens. Ofc you need that solid SDV when bluffcatching and you want to have an idea about villains flop cbetting range. Villain should bluff a lot (overall cbet 90%+ !) because the flop is heavily favouring villains AA-heavy 3bet range but in fact people often check-fold air or check-call top-pair. If villain is more straightforward when cbetting in 3bp oop you can fold the river more easily even with blockers.
