Well, since they are still operating, I'll guess that they aren't broke.
you can email them at support@pokerstars.eu
If you can log in, you can also use the help button on the right-hand side of the main lobby. At the bottom of that window is a "contact us" button that opens a chat window. After fussing about a bit, you can usually get a one-on-one with a human.
