I do not know anything about your game knowledge.
You are asking a good question though, how do you approach a player pool that makes ...sometimes bad decisions?

Step 1: have solid starting ranges. Our strategy section can help. They do not help you against weaker players, but they build the base for your own, correct play. After that, become sure how to play post flop. It is hard to go into detail here. Advanced players will study with tools, beginners might observe live play videos and read articles.
Step 2: PLAY! You need to gather your own experience about the player pool. Do you often see crazy showdowns? Do people 3bet you all the time? Do people simply call you down but not bet themselves?
Step 3: Once you have an idea how players act, adjust your own ranges & actions. An extreme example would be if players only raise with Aces - you would never 3bet even Kings anymore but play many hands for set- and drawvalue. On the other hand if players show too much aggression, you will polarize your own ranges into more folds, but also more re-raises. When before QQ was your cut-off hand, now it will maybe be TT?

You can't buy hands from WPT Global, but you can run a HUD there by getting asian hand converter add-on for your database. I use it to track pokerbros but you can use it to track WPT global.
