Hi,

I wasn't sure if I should call the River jam tbh? Straight or Jx combinations might be also jamming River?

I fold on the river, I see very often in this spots full house. You can gry take control on the turn and bet on this board maybe opponent folds some better hands.

A6s is a hand I would think of 3bet bluffing with the A blocker to like 15c, but that's villain depended.
River is a interesting card and paired the board, but without reads I have a hard time folding. Villain could play a weaker flush the same way I think and than this could be a profitable call I think.

Cheers,
