Has anyone else experienced this?
When it happens, open tables become unresponsive, and it becomes impossible to open new ones.
In extreme cases I can't even close the app normally, I have to kill it from the command line.
There used to be a discord channel for GGPoker, but it has gone.
What do they use for tech support now? (besides here)
Have the same issues from time to time.
The software usually runs okayish for several days. And then, without any update and such, it just randomly decides to f' you up in the most infelicitous situation imaginable.
The app usually shuts itself down after freezing.

I first noticed this a few days ago, and haven't been able to complete a game since.
Later this morning I'll do a deep uninstall, and re-install it from scratch.
I use Revo Uninstaller when I need to completely remove all traces of a program.
When I launched it, it showed two different installations, so that may have been why it was confused.
After re-installing, it worked find.
Same experience. tables slowing down, unresponsive/ getting disconnected.
Restarting the software most of the time fixes this issue, although the harm might already be done by then, because your current hand got folded...
The worst is playing on your smartphone, which I sometimes do when I reaaaaly have no other option. The software sometimes tends to freeze (at random time) and again, a restart is required.
Edit: I must say, I never checekd CPU usage when this occured in the past, so not sure if that is the case.

It is possible to get a rough idea on Windows using Task Manager. I also use Open Hardware Monitor which is a free, open-source tool that uses the motherboard sensors to report on CPU usage, temperature, fan speed and a few others.
I'm not sure that this is possible on either iphone or android, but I never play poker on my phone.
