I am trying to make sense of the solver result on a hand here.

Now I have loaded this in the solver. I am trying to figure out the good play of Vilain going all in at the river.
The solver seems to indicate this could be a good all-in bluff only if T9 is suited in diamonds.
See below it is going all-in (pink) with Td9d. However for Th9h this is a check (give up).

This seems a bit counter intuitive as having diamond blocks some of my missed flush draw which I am more likely to fold. So I would be more inclined not to bluff with diamonds contrary to what to the solver shows.
Would you have further analysis or explanations?
