BB defend could be too loose I guess. Iffy spot against a fit-fold regular on the river. GTO and against most others it's probably check-call but I have no solver solutions for 5-card yet either.

Edit: Also not sure how I should interpret AGG%s in PLO.

I would most likely Cbet the flop, but after the check/raise on the flop I would expect you are most of the time beat on the turn. Not sure what PLO experts thinking, but on the riover I wpuld fold for sure without any reads on him.

Being deep I would just call flop raise and see how the hand continues. You are blocking you boat outs, no spades in hand and half of your gutshots are not to the nuts. And you are about 180bb deep. It's not a flop where you want opponent to re-raise and stack off, and you hand needs quite good runout versus his calling range on the flop.
