Hello everyone! =)=)
I hope you are all well and that your card hands are going well. Today I want to share with you an exciting story about my return to poker after a long period of absence. As many of you may know, poker was a significant part of my life a few years ago, but life circumstances changed and the time to play disappeared. Now, after a break of several years, I decided to return to my old ways and try my luck at some of the strongest tournaments.
Return to Poker World
Before making this return, I spent time reflecting on my previous experience. During my career, I won numerous MTTs and Multi-Table SNGs at micro and small stakes, playing around 10,000 games on PokerStars and a small UK platform over approximately 10 years. Also, I've had some significant success at live MTTs. At the time, poker was a fantastic extra activity that allowed me to put in the time and effort and see real results.
Why Return Now? I have more free time today than in previous years and I thought it would be exciting to get back to the tables and test my skills in the modern poker environment. I realized that I missed all the excitement and challenges that poker has to offer, and I feel that now is the right time to get back into the game and try my luck at bigger tournaments.
Strategy and Plans
My aim for this phase of the comeback is to start with a modest bankroll of Β£100 and try to build it to Β£1000. I plan to play different formats - from cash games to spin style games, but also to focus on satellites to qualify for big live MTTs. I plan to stick to good bankroll management practices, with around 100 buy-ins for the main games, but will be flexible when the opportunity arises for lucrative satellites. Expect regular updates on my progress, including charts, tilt stories, and maybe even some live pictures if I qualify for some big contests. It will be a journey with ups and downs, but I'm excited to see where this takes me.
Thank you for following my journey. I hope you will enjoy this blog and that we will go through all the challenges and successes together.
Finally, I wish you luck at the tables and look forward to sharing more about this exciting comeback!
Good luck and see you at the tables! ππΌβ¨:f_biggrin::f_biggrin:
