Should I bet betting the flop here to protect against draws? My intention was to check-raise if anyone decides to bet a draw.
Would you raise the turn or is calling correct here?

River wanted to trap, but the villain gave up.

I would consider to lead the turn with a set. If you get a lot of resistance you could thing of folding, but now you could miss value as well.
