The best approach is to stick to the fundamentals. Play strong hands aggressively.
I suggest that you read the No Limit Hold'em lessons overview
Go through the lessons, and make sure you're playing sound poker. If you decide that those lessons are too basic — and yes, they are basic — make sure you have a sound reason to play differently.
