I would bet bigger on flop, as the recreationals can pay you off with any flushdraw, 9 high, T high, Q high, King high flushdraw is probably always calling a 7-8bb bet there in my opinion. Plus you have top pair, so weaker Jx is also calling a big bet. Turn I think you can go either way (bet or check-call) and river you don't beat much other than like A9 with 9 of diamonds, so I also lean towards fold on river.

I'd open with 2,5bb and bet the flop 2/3 pot with top pair. Bet the turn 2/3 pot with the flush draw.
The river check/fold was correct with 3rd pair, maybe unless you're sure villain can be bluffing, which is unlikely on NL2. The range of villain is loose and has fishy stats, but you're likely beat.

3x open on NL2 isn't to bad. If you Cbet like pot on the flop what's not even that crazy on NL2 you can even shove the turn for thin value.

I think I am leaning towards SDK here as I can cash out if I have an equity edge, I did not think of shoving to be fair on turn.

Against a loose passive fish it could be really profitable and villain is really short. If you bet pot on flop villain has less than potsize behind. Villain could even call with a weaker flush draw.

I think it might be better to shove after checking turn, I do not like betting the pot as CO still has a good size stack but after he has folded a shove on turn or after checking appears good esp as you say its a loose passive fish.
