I hold AT flop is 3-5-T-A-7 villain donk bets full pot, 3 players, Full pot on the turn and over shove the river, what do you do here?
im thinking about folding the flop here

Without a proper hand history it's hard to tell. We don't know the stack dynamic, the pre-flop play and the suites of the cards you holding and on the board. Maybe good to read the https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=267242 thread.

We still don't know the positions on the table of you and the villain. How the pre-flop action went.
Without proper information it's hard to tell, but folding flop with top pair seems tight or villain is really passive.
Do you think mostly 2 pairs and sets would donk full pot I was mostly asking what do you do vs this donk bet
At 2NL you won’t find many thinking players. His donk bet indicates that he doesn’t have a set or two pairs. Your AT is probably in fine shape. 3-Bet his donk bet.

I don't think so. It's more like a semi bluff or so. Hard to tell how a random villain on NL2 thinks.

You can't 3bet the flop. Villain is betting and not raising (2bet).
