As played, I'll just fold and hope one of the other two gets crippled or busted.

Obviously you don't ever fold this pre for 1bb... But yeah shove pre would be very tempting option with 7.5bb in pot and usually callers will fold massive amount of time. Open raiser is also active based on small sample.

As played it feels kind of tricky spot on flop. We have somewhat of kicker issue and with two players involved already there is fairly high chance of being behind. I think for that reason call could be best. Then evaluate on turn based on what happens. But yeah feels to me like all options are probably quite close on flop. Preflop I would have shoved though.

Shoving pre-flop seems like a reasonable option. Seems unlikely the BTN and SB trap often and are basicly dead money.
Calling is off course fine. QJs played pretty good post-flop and folding would be really tight with QJs. You get the odds to call any reasonable hand.
On flop you are in a tricky situation indeed with the kicker issiue. Calling seems fine and re-evaluete the turn, but if villain continue betting on turn you getting in another spot and than you will play for stacks. In this case you never far in front and you beat only a semi bluff most likely or hands like 99-JJ.
