Would like to collect strategy points but how

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can. The customer service team may be able to help. Since I am not in Hungary, I'm not able to see what's available in that region.

There is no official way to join a room via PS at the moment, but you can still access the educational content. You'll have to wait for a new regional offer or an update to the partnerships.

Well, one way would be to purchase the points to achieve silver status:

Exhaust all the free materials first, then, on the 2nd day of any month, purchase the points, the silver status will expire at the end of the following month, so you have 60 days to peruse all the silver-level articles and videos.
