I used my TaF balance to request store credit to buy HM3. Its been a few days and i cant seem to find any timescales anywhere. Can you advise how long roughly it takes?

Hi garynicol85,
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you paid and so on.
