Before this hand I lost like 7 coin-flips in a row within 150 hands. So my thinking was that the guy raising is a SSS player with 8/6/4/1.1k (VPIP/PFR/3-bet/Hands) stats. I wanted to re-raise so I could fold to a shove but ended up calling the shove _confused:. The initial range I give him is 99+ and AQ+ so AK is a good, but his shove range is expected to be tighter...

Could I re-raise to say 2.5x ($5) and fold to a shove? Or should I always stack off with AK preflop?

3Bet/Fold is burning money with SS, never do it especially not with AKo :)!

If he is SSp, he openraises AQ+,99+ which you are way ahead against so easy shove preflop ;)
