okay my thought was that if i made a continuation bet then i would have to call a reraise so it would be better to just push and generate more FE. was this correct?

I make the same bet that i would have if i had a set of Queens.....

Cbet $1.50 call a shove.

Hey Raun,

Being OOP counts as a good argument for pushing directly imo, I'd also be inclined to do it. If opponent is aggressivel post flop, then perhaps a bet/call can get us more value with 2OC + GS + Bck FD, as he could be inclined to raise the c-bet also with draws

@DaPhunk: c-bet/call for balancing your lines or do you think you can also get more value here?

I would also bet/call flop, because I would bet/fold or bet/call every other hand except AK here. So, basically I would do so to balance my lines even though a push would be slightly better in this spot, because it generates more FE and 1.5$ c-bet commits you anyway. On the contrary, NL25 doesn't need so much balancing as there aren't many regs who make notes on you, so pushing is also fine, probably even better.

Yes Dandycal, I'm balancing my lines which I feel is important. However Burek does make the excellent point that this is only NL25 so it might not be nescasery at this stage.
