I read on the forum that datamining is not alowed on fulltilt.
Does this mean that players are not alowed to use pokertracker or PSelephant on FT?

Hi George & welcome to the community 
PT3 & PokerStrategy Elephant are both allowed by poker sites when used in the normal way, i.e. when you are playing at the tables. They both record your own hand histories and those of the opponents that play against you in a hand.
Poker sites do not allow data mining however, which they define as obtaining data on play you are not actively involved in, i.e. logging on and viewing and/or sitting out for long periods of time.
As long as you are playing poker normally, you will not have any problems with either of these widely accepted poker software.
