I thought it was a nice example so here it is. There is a straight draw possibility on board, but after they both checked 2 times I don't think we have to worry about that.

It is a close spot, if they really have nothing they both need cards below the 8, which is not all that likely.
Still the King is a perfect Scarecard here on the turn and will win the hand often enough given the action before (check check)

When I´m pre-flop raiser, could I make conti bet on the flop?, both players checked, so it should easy to take the pot:P You also have gutshot straight draw and two overcards so you could even go all-in when someone check-raise or calls your bet.

I think the Q outs need to be partly discounted in this case because they complete the straight draw for any T. I wouldn't say it's a truly bad flop for a continuation bet in position, but a lot of connected hands hit that flop. The OP's line is probably better though.
