PS: I surely read all the guides on forum ... and things I do not understand (odds, outs, pot odds) I will ask my friends (I passed the quiz in first, jeah a litlle of self-loving its not that bad :P)

1) Playing with aces, good game. I think that you are ahead here, so you could 3-bet turn. Against capping I would check/call river.
2) According to the Starting Hand Chart you can´t call pocket 3-s, when someone raised pre-flop. You didn´t made you set of 3-s on the flop, so you should fold, you have very few odds to improve and any high card might beat you. If there would be aggressive player then he would bet flop, bet turn and then check river. And he will call river with any pair, so even then you maybe can´t win. My advise, don´t play this kind of all, if someone raised preflop before you and there hasn´t been 3 callers. (Middle pos Call1/Call3)

Stop playing for now and make sure you understand odds outs and pot odds cause otherwise you'll be playing on pure luck.

Hehe I read an pot odds out, odds 4 times yesterday and I understand odds and out, pot odds I dont understand so good, but I know what is the point, if you know what I mean ... but when it comes to how to compare odds and pot odds ... ouch here is a big dark. I think I must ask someone who can explain this in my language :P

I know the 2.) was a not played good so thats why I posted.

Thanks for comments.

Whats your main language? I might be able to help.
But its pretty easy actually if u know about outs.

Slovenian language, I am pretty sure you dont eaven know where is Slovenia.
For some geographic knowledge for all of you ;)

I knew where it was, had to study all countrys over and over again a couple years ago in school.
But I wont be able to translate it for you though

Hehe no problem, first time when I will have some time (studying and working ) I will take dictionary in my hand and read steep after steep ...

Anyway thanks, for eaven think translating it to me :)

I´m from Estonia, and it is even smaller than Slovenia:) This is how I understand the pot odds. There are many standard situations in poker. You have two over cards, you are on the open ended straight draw or maybe you are on the flush draw. The odds give you way how to play your hand right
Example 1:
You have AK you raise before the flop and 3 players call. Flop comes Q76. You don´t hit anything and one player bets. So you have to decide, if have enough odds to call his bet. Generally when there are two or more players you have to call first bet and then fold turn if you don´t hit your king or ace.
Example 2:
You have A :heart:7 :heart:and call pre-flop, also 3 others players call. Flop comes 6 :heart:2 :spade:K . BB bets, and you have to decide if you call or not. Here you are on the flush draw, any  will give you flush and you probably win the pot (if someone don´t improve fullhouse). When you are on the flush draw you have to call flop bet and turn bet, because there are 9 hearts that might come on the board and then you win the hand. If you don´t get any hearts on the turn or the river, then you have to fold your hand (if you don´t hit your ace in this example )
Example 3:
You have JT and you call preflop on the button. Before you, there were 2 limpers, SB calls and BB checks. Flop comes 984. There you have open ended straight draw. Any Q or 7 will give you straight and you probably win the pot. There are 4 queens and 4 sevens- together 8 cards that could help you, so you have to call flop and turn bets and fold river if you don´t improve. (Get Q, J, T or 7)

Example 4:
You have JJ and you raise pre-flop. One player who has limped before, calls your bet. Flop comes KT6. First player bets and then you can´t call if you think that he has king. Because only two cards- jacks could help you improve your hand. If you think that he raise with ten, then you should raise to protect your jacks and also hope that other player fold his AT (for example). But if flop had come AK6, then you should fold your jacks because the first player could raise with ace or king and you still only have two odds two improve.

Example 5:
You have AT on the BU and you call preflop. Before you there has been 3 players who also has called big blind. SB calls and BB checks. Flop comes KT3
SB checks BB checks, UTG+1 bets and others decide to fold. You should call UTG bet, because you have one pair and there are 5 cards (odds) that could improve you (two tens and three aces). You could fold turn if you don´t improve your hand and you think that UTG raise with king.

In theory there are 47 cards left (two are in your hand and three are on the board) so you have to calculate how may cards could help you (for example 1 there are 3 kings and 3 aces that could improve your hand)
Next step you have to find out how big is pot. When 3 players+you were on the flop then anyone made 2 SB (1 SB is for calling and 2 SB is when someone raised preflop), then pot is now 8 SB. One player made bet, that is now 9 SB and if you call his bet, you get pot odds 9:1
Then you calculate odds to improve your hand 47:6=7,83:1, which is smaller than 9:1- according to the pot odds you now have to call his bet, because you win money in the long run.

Wanted to explain clean and simple, but came out as usual:P If somewhere I explained wrong pot odds, then more experienced players could also explain to me what I did wrong in my examples:)

Ok if I get it ...

Hm...
I have:
1.)
odds 8:1
There is 10SBs in the pot (only example) pot odds are then 10:1 ?
I should call ?

2.)
odds 4:1
There is 9SBs in the pot so pot odds are 9:1 ?
I should call that too then ?

3.)
odds 5:1
There is 4SBs in the pot so pot odds are 4:1 ?
I should fold that ?

If I am right the only and the big thing its counting how many SBs is in the game ...

One more thing ...
I tryed a litlle of this on playmoney on PP just to see time/act and in most casses I couldnt calculate all the odds and pot odds exactly so I was on auto fold. But now if my upper theory is correct you made my poker life easier and see you on WSOP ;)

(I posted a question about odds and pot odds on some Slovenian forum too)

On my luck I got that much respect to money that I will not play thill I get confirmation I am playing "theory" (ABC) poker not just pure luck. So nogatsira thank you again to telling me this, I think its just question of time I would be without of money.
You guys here are realy great.

1) Right, you should call.
But there is still 9SB (8 pre-flop and one bet), only if you call then pot contains 10 SB
2) Yep, pot odds are good:)
3) I think that pot odds are 6:1 in this case (5 pre-flop callers and one bet)

You play fixed limit 0,05/0,10. So you can´t count only the SB, because after the flop comes turn and then you have to count 0,10 bets witch is called BB.

You don´t have to calculate every single hand if you have right odds to call or not. Finish your hand and then save it on the Texas Grabem. Hopefully Grabem is now fixed and it shows how many SB flop and how many BB turn and river contained, then you could calculate in peace if you did the right call or not.

1) Fold Flop. You got only approx. 1:5 for your Gutshot and 2pair Outs. The A makes a K the straight and you have to discount your Outs because the Board is 2suited and you have reverse Implied Odds if you hit your Straight and the opponent improves to the Flush. The Board is 4straight at the Turn. What did you intend with the Turnraise?

2) The Riverraise is close, depend on the Read you have on Villain. After the 3bet its just a call. A Fullhouse is really probable.

3) Fine

4) The Board is drawheavy and the pot is 4handed. Your hand aint that strong that the bet provides the best opportunity to protect your hand. Your kicker is somewhat weak and against a raise i would have played it the same way. We dont want to get Fold pockets below the K and with a calldown we lose the minimum against a Hand we're behind against.

first how do you like the 3-bet with the Aces at his first post?

your 2nd) hand fold flop (if not preflop)
