Few days ago, when I first registered, I sent my ID right away to avoid maximum delay. Yesterday, I received a mail telling me I had to send my ID (which I already did).
So I was wondering it they sent me this email because they didn't realise I already sent it or because there was a problem with my ID. The ID I sent is my driving license (both side).

when i signed up (month ago),
i had to do both sides AND a photo of it next to my face (i pressed the ID next to my cheek) facecheek that is...
send a ticket to ask them directly!
