if you´re going to c/f river, I´m suppose you´re going to b/f turn?
If you take that line, I think c/rai turn seems better idea- this way he can take stab with worse hands and you don´t have to play guessing game if you´re ahead or behind
Getting all-in with tp in 3-bet pot imo is never wrong, since games are so aggressive (I suppose you won´t really 3-bet A9s for value pf?) that players tend to make some moves in 3-bet pots.

yep, I am not investing such a big portion of my stack on the turn to fold on the river.( pot odds)
I'd c/r turn.
