I isolate a 50/0 fish, i did it often so it´s pretty obvious i have a wide range
the reg 3bets me with a 9% 3bet of small blind. fold to 4bet 29% 3bet pot continuation bet: 79%
I just call to outplay him on the flop.
On the flop i hit middle pair and i wont give up to the cBet. On the turn I catched a mediocre flushdraw. His push could be a better Flushdraw without a pair or of course a king. I think its a overplayed and spewy but in this situation its more close i think.

I´d prefer fold pf
I´d prefer fold turn
if you decide to play it differently then you meet likely a lot of variance and generally you don´t have to play these plays unless player is really 3-betting like maniac

I'm folding this preflop, too. JTs might be ok to call but JTo is too weak even IP, you won't flop a good hand often enough.

As played you have an easy fold at the turn, too.
The best case you're looking for is the opponent not having a better FD than you - but even then against any kind of overpair you have only 22%EQ.
And since this a bad card for your opponent to 2nd barrel i'd expect him to have Kx or JJ+ there very often.
