I wouldn't necessarily be playing AQs from UTG even at this blind level. It is close.

If I did play it, I would raise to 375 or 400, then fold to the push.

I'd make it 375 pre (raising is surely fine here imo, 7 handed with 20bb stack...) and fold to BB's shove readless.

This and IMO here preflop raise size is very important. You should NOT be raising to 600 at this blind level.
