Hand 1:
Dont cold call in MP, either 3bet or fold, depends on reads, but mostly it's a fold. Calling usually means weakness and BU took advantage of it with his reraise.

Hand 2:
Raise atleast to 1.50$ because of 2 limpers, and I like to add another 0.25$ because you are raising out of position. Standard c-bet on the flop (I like to make it atleast 2-2.25$) and proceed with caution, usually c/f to river without improving of your hand. Of course this is again read dependent, how often does he reraise on the flop etc.

Hand 3:
With 2 people posting blinds out of position, you have to raise a bit more preflop, make it 1.50$. On the flop, you have to protect your hand against flush draws, so bet out almost full pot size bet, around 2.40$. Proceed with betting out on the turn and river with a bit less then potsized bets (around 2/3 is fine I think)

Hand 4:
Well played. Nothing you can do here except fold, you are behind too many times. But pay attention and make notes for people who bets into you on the flop and with what kind of hands do they do it.

Hand 2
Let me learn some more!
Why call the raise on the flop? Wouldn´t it be better to fold( he probably has K´s) or depending on the player´s read, reraise him ?

Don't call, check/fold after your continuation bet. But pay attention to that player, how often does he re-raise on the flop, then it might be OK to call sometimes if he does it all the time, otherwise even to easier fold if its the first time he re-raised.
