if you don´t want to 4-bet pf and call shove, which imo is very standard against aggressive 3-bettor in hu then I´d suggest raising this flop to 25$ and call shove.
Don´t think he is randomly going to bluff with A high if you just call on the flop and since you´re not folding your hand then better is likely get all-in on the flop before there would be scared cards for you and maybe even for him.
Calling turn is fine, you´re likely still ahead
