Hello ,
A friend of mine told me about..even showed me the mail. After passing the quiz he received the id verification request in spanish ♦ . That's not a big deal for somebody who knows about the ID verification..or spanish 
, but an usual user would just ignore it . I hope this mistake is not common .

Should be a mistake.
Tell him that he should write a ticket to our support. They can help him out. 
Can you tell me the name of your friend, so i can have a more detailed look at it...
