a raise makes only sense if you can continue profitable against BB. You don't have to be a favorite but you shouldn't be in a too bad shape as well.
If you are far behind you only isolate yourself against the better hand.

If I give him a PS.com 3-bet range against a MP2 open (ignoring MP3's coldcall) you get the following:

29% is not enough if it would be HU to continue as you need 30% (well it may be ok as you are in position).

So if you want to continue then a raise would be much better as you gain equity if he is folding.

Hmm it's close. If BB would have a wider range I think I raise as you have an overpair to 2 board cards but here I like a fold slightly more.

fold is better imo couse ur not last to act and there is flush draw on board and u dont have 7 and if 7 came on turn it can be very ugly for u and that MP3 guy stats looks to me like he is going to became any 2cards pasiv caling station

Yes that's true and I see it as you do but I haven't written anything about a call anyway just about fold or raise.
