was this hand played correctly?

4 folds, CO raises to $0,04, BU folds, Hero raises to $0,12, BB folds, CO calls $0,08.

Flop: ($0,26) T♦, 8♠, J♠ (2 players)
Hero bets $0,25, CO calls $0,25.

Turn: ($0,76) 8♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, CO checks.

River: ($0,76) Q♣ (2 players)
Hero bets $0,25, CO raises to $0,50, Hero calls $0,25.

Final Pot: $1,76

Pre-flop: You're out of position vs CO. Which means you should 3bet slightly bigger (IP: x3, OOP: x3.5) althou on NL10 and lower you should probably just 3bet to x3.5 IP and x4 OOP because you're always 3betting for value. I would make it $0.16 instead of $0.12 here.

Flop: ok

Turn: Pot bet

River: as played bet/call.
If you bet the turn, he calls and then this card comes off it's a way worse spot thou. In that case I would probably make a smallish blockbet

Hello,

Preflop: You can likely raise a bit more, ~$0.20 because being OOP.
Flop: Fine.
Turn: You have to protect so bet out.
River: Bet/Call with such amount seems to be as long he is giving you such odds to Call, otherwise if he would raise bigger then I would fold.

This. Turn is a crystal clear easy valuebet against a 49/8.
