Correct move?

He raise 4xbb very quickly and he was raising a few times although i dislike myself saying that he steals alot as i don't use stats.....

if you don't use stats and you don't know this guy I suppose it to be correct to do this resteal by default.

If you face him several times raise/calling with 4BB or from lateposition just with monsters (AQ+, JJ+) and he raise/folds with 3BB then just make a note and be happy just to play his 4BB openraises with monsters. But this is definately ok

Let me just add, AJ+/88+ is standard restealing range against unknown.
