I wanted to know the answers to a question that have stumped me for a while now.
How does ICM trainer caluclate the push range of various positions?
For example, under the ICM calculation tab, I copied across some figures (blinds and chip stacks etc) and pressed calculate and it presented the table of information explaining how it calculated the EQ difference. I understand what EQ difference is, I understand how it calculated the Preflop EQ and the Post flop EQ - but I have no idea how it calculates the push range (as a percentage - which changes depending on the various chip stack combinations).
Can anyone help and explain to me how ICM trainer calculates the push range percentages??
Also in the bottom table it presents information about hand ranges that you should push and call, and also overcall with.. Once again, how are these percentages calculated??
