Nh. U also can bluffraise Flop and represent clubs on Turn or River incase he calls.

Fold flop.
He is very tight, you're likely behind and it's not a good idea to try and get someone like him off of an overpair.

As played i think the riverbet should be ok. He doesn't seem very good so he might talk himslef into calling with something like KK or QQ.
But it's still a thin bet, I can definitely see him check/calling AA and JJ on the river and he sometimes folds KK and QQ.
