Really depends on his range. I don't like that raise on the flop. If he's rather loose player, he could easily have A2s, 55, 44. Even 67s from BB.

If hes rather tight, he could have an overpair. AA KK would have probably 3bet you. So maybe JJ or QQ.

I think flop is ok, but don't really feel good about turn bet. While shipping it in might be the best choice, however I think he's calling if he has you beat. Some players can't let go AA, KK, but I think you need some reads for this.

I would call turn and reevaluate on the river. Would probably be c/f or c/AI.
