i passed the quiz on the 3rd of february (!) and still did not receive starting capital, though in the instructions i see an availability of this function for FullTilt...
can you help?

thanks for contacting us. You will have to pass an ID check before we can transfer the $50 to your account - this means that one of our customer support representatives will get in touch with you and ask you for a scanned copy of your ID as well as a proof of residence.
As soon as you've passed the test, we will transfer the money to your chosen platform, which can take about 48h hours to arrive.

I can't say that for sure, but if not, a recent bill (electricity, water, etc.) should suffice for the proof of residence
