Hi everyone, and welcome to my blog!

It is Primeiro, and i am from russian pokerstrategy communiti :) I'm starting this blog for two reasons:

  • Primarily, i want to communicate with new people, who also plays poker. In may opinion it is one of the best way to learn to play poker.
  • Second reason for which I create this blog, I want to improve my English. So i thing the first time will be fun for all to read what I write here, because my english is very bad

Little about myself
I am 23 years old, live in Saint-Petersburg. In my free time I doing salsa and capoeira. 6 month ago poker also has become one of my favorite hobbies. I don't play much , grinding from one to three hours 5-6 days a week. Startes from 50$, now my BR is about 800$

What, when, where?
I play on Pokerstars, my nickname there is Primeiro_de. Primarily i play SNG 9-max, sometimes try MTT. Working limit - SNG and MTT with by in 5-10$. I'm planning to start playing BSS, when BR reaches 1000$

Schedule from sharkscope. I bought a new laptop and reinstall pokertracker, so in the future will spread graphics from tracker.

Well, I think I write all that should, so welcome =)

З.Ы. Я тоже из России.

well, thank you all, and nice to see some players from Russia here ;)

yesterday i played only MTTs. I opened 1,5k grt for 3,3$ and daily grand for 11$ and planed to play SNG after finishing in MTTs. But in the daily grand went deep in the ITM and eventually departed in the second hundred winners. So +80$ to my BR, and now it is 842$

Well, there was not so much hands, most of them are simple, but i find one interesting. Villain likes to play compled/bet flop/bet tern, he does it several times. Villian was quite adequate and thinking multitabler. Add to this ouer straight dro and a terrible board and we can try to call flop and tern and float on the river with a small bet _cool:

11$ JJ after bet

Judge said:

Folding is obv out the question. Calling is not very good either because you are crushing his range pretty hard and he's gonna be paying you off with worse hands. Also you would be oop after the flop and his stack sizes does not allow much postflop play. So you might wanna do a 3bet/call and get it in on any flop should he call. But I like the shove better, since I don't expect him to fold hands like 66 here too often when you shove, but when you 3bet and the flop comes KQ7 he will just fold.

who have any opinions? :)

few hands

1) i can not imagine what have villian, but i think that it is easy fold on river

Hi Primeiro,

Nice blog, I'm going to keep my eye on this one from here. Welcome to the "English Speaking" Poker Strategy site I hope you like it here and you continue to write this blog.

Your English is a lot better than a lot of attempts I have seen from people that do not speak it as a native language.

Keep up the good work, and good luck at the tables and in life :)

MrMardyBum , thank you for the kind words! :) By the way, in the near future I plan to learn to play the cache (i think it will be nl10 or nl25 bss), so I think will be a lot to talk about :)

Yesterday was day called "Learn to shove any two" :) :] Everywhere befor shove/fold wasn't normal hands, and only due to the fact that I not shy to shove garbage, brought the session to a decent plus. Took four 3rd place and one 1st at 6 tables. And of course had learned that the fact that "any two" always has a 30% to win=)))

1) after the stack 1000 chips left, it was not possible to enter the game first in before that momen. Like Moshman said, shove any two first in when stack<6BB :f_biggrin:

dont u think it would be better to psot interestign heands in strategy section of the forum, i think u will get much more responses there.
i think alot of people dont like many hands posted in blogs or is it just me. I prefer to read progress player has made, what itneresting has happened to him etc, rather than going through many hands, especially when one is not the sng player like yourself.
