Hello , i rarely post in forums , but cannot resist for help in improving my poker game. So lets begin , i play 10/20 , 25/50 cents FL FR as most of us i started with starting capital and have been playing for about two three months and my bankroll now is 130$ the max amount was 200$+ but i got loosing streak and lost 70$ in less then a week.
Seems not a big BR in such a long time ? Yes , actually i always go up and down loosing and wining , loosing and wining thats makes me consider to improve my game a lot to find out why i loose and prevent that from happening .... so for the start i want to analyze some of my hands and you shall see them below . have fun.
HAND 1 : actually i got so much action that i guess i lost ,should had fold its obvious.

HAND 7 : should i call again after i missed my flush but have bottom pair yes certainly he always would cap with A high my mistake.

HAND 8 : would you bet in two and later one opponent or would not scare them and wait for catch and then raise?

HAND 9 : i was 100% gurantee he got full house on river would you call for sd?
http://www.pokerstrategy.com/poker-hand-converter/283079
HAND 10 : now this hand i often run into KK vs AA or JJ vs KK ane etc like in this situation but there is always a chance for him to have AK or AQ and cbet i thought should i raised on flop and if he 3bet i would knew that he has kings or aces and then fold ?

HAND 11 : dont know why im posting this one its obvious that he have Queens but anyway i called like most times...

HAND 12 : is that a correct fold ? after bet and raise on flop i alredy thought im behind with my QK because preflop raise he pron had AA,KK and another opponent flushdraw or maybe AQ
http://www.pokerstrategy.com/poker-hand-converter/283084
HAND 13 : my flushdraw failed and A comes i think that opponent has a jack would you bet for a bluff?
http://www.pokerstrategy.com/poker-hand-converter/283087
HAND 14 : 3betted because of straight value and beted turn with semi bluff in consideration that he have not king... stupid i guess

Yes i know most of these hand played terrible i still sometimes play without seeing the straight or flush on a board or even think that i have one lol , anyway practice makes perfect i hope i wont lose my entire BR and continue to swinging up and down until i finish gold strategy section and start to improving my game even more, also start to think what opponent has and look at the board with fully opened eyes and clear mind because sometimes it feels like clicking check call raise fold buttons not playing poker maybe its fault of multitabling....
By the way maybe its not the right place to post but i will ask it here ... could someone explain me preflop_fr_approx chart what does "C3 , or X" course i know that c = call and r = raise but is the number represents the number of callers yes ? and R0 / R1 whats the diference number of raises then ? Thanks
