I sent "50$ bonus" called message first, But no all pictures and then i send - "50$ again" so this is a reply to my first message??? It says Re: 50$ bonus.
so its reply to my first or to all ?

Hello the blackshark90,

Moderators do not have access to your details for your own safety/security but looking at the email they seems to have been a problem with the photos you sent.

Did you send the requested photos to the required email address in the format requested.

Yes i did, but for second time. I think this is an answer to my first e-mail when i did not had all pictures. thanks anyway!

I'm in simular situation. I've send pictures (2 of ID proove and 2 of address). It passed few days allready, but still no respond..
I'm wondering if some one received that bonus. My gues is the only pokerstrategy who is receiving bonus for a new users..

Our customer support are receiving hundreds of applications from potential members every day so sometimes it can take a little while to get everything processed. The ID check and the transfer of your starting capital to your chosen poker room should usually be complete in around 4 working days.

Do you guys sent "* A photo of your face next to your ID card" ? Probably this is the problem.You have to make a photo of your face next to your ID.This is not the same as scanned id document.
